Shipping
Hedge Farm’s primary delivery service is UPS, though we occasionally use the U.S. Postal Service for small parcels.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping, such as Next Day or Second Day, is generally not possible, but we will attempt to honor requests if production schedules and staffing permit, additional fees may apply.
Returns
Since our products are all made-to-order, returns are not possible, with the exception of damaged merchandise.
Damaged Product?
Damaged Items Policy
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by emailing hedgefarmcandles@gmail.com. To help us file a claim with the delivery service, we may request the following:

Clear photos of the damaged product

Photos of the shipping cartons and packing materials
Important:
Please do not discard the shipping cartons or packing materials until the refund or replacement process is complete, as the carrier may need to inspect the damage. In some cases, we may also ask that the damaged items be returned.
Failure to follow these procedures may result in delays or a denial of your refund.
Once we have received documentation of damage and approved the claim, we will initiate a refund or apply a credit to your account. Allow several days for the refund to show up in your account.
